Solution
Windows Vista doesn't allow any applications to write to the location where GrabIt usually stores its Cache and Download folder. The fix is easy, just change the Download and the Cache folder location in the Preferences window to a location in your My Documents folder.
NOTE: This problem is fixed in GrabIt 1.7 and higher.
